The sign says ‘Welcome to Camp Crystal Lake’. The place seems to be quiet and abandoned, however, there is one person who will break the silence in the camp. Jason Voorhees, a famous character of numerous horror films, has now appeared in a computer game. Come and say hello to a creepy protagonist of Friday the 13^th movies. It seems that Jason isn’t happy to see you, so you’d better run!

The game engages eight people. Seven of them play as a team of teen counselors and one person has to control the mentioned Voorhees. Jason is able to teleport to any place on the map of the Lake, that’s why he’s a very dangerous enemy. What’s even worse, he senses his victims and won’t lose the opportunity to kill them in different ways: tossing through windows or into fireplaces, hacking off parts of their body, crushing their heads against the wall and other exquisite methods. In fact, to murder as many counselors as possible, is his objective in the game. Speaking about the team, their aim is to escape from the camp or at least, save their lives until the session ends. Of course, the best option in this dreadful situation would be to defeat Jason, but it’s not as easy as it seems. Coordination of everyone’s actions and good strategy are required to succeed.

Voorhees isn’t just a psychopath, he’s wise enough to set traps for his victims. Use pocket knives to disable them. Knives will come in handy when you’ll have to defend yourself from Jason’s attacks. They aren’t powerful, but still it’s better than nothing. When you need to attract the slaughter’s attention, throw a firecracker. Due to the noise it makes, you’ll be able to run away without being heard. In case if you don’t have stocks of weapon, try jogging. If you decide to hide in the house, take into account Jason’s creativity and strength. Firstly, he’ll easily kill you in a bathroom. And secondly, he can drown a person in the toilet. The characters can jump through the windows, but this sometimes ends badly if the window was close. The murderer also knows that the counselors will try to call the police, so the guy can destroy telephone lines. Another trick about the cops is that they can arrive too late. Jason can kill everybody till then or the counselors will run out of time to get to the police. So many disappointing things can happen. In the forest there will be two cars: a two seater and a four seater. Unfortunately, both of them need fixing. Jason can attack the passengers in the car and it won’t hurt him. The people, in their turn, will be shocked for a moment, which will make them vulnerable. Gather all the necessary details to repair the vehicle and you might have a great chance to escape. A boat gives hope too, but it’s in a bad condition. It needs gas and a propeller to work. If Jason reaches you on the water, he can turn over the canoe. He’s too inventive!

Friday the 13^th is filled with suspense. Each round of the game begins with the scene when Jason pops out of the woods and kills one of the campers. Watching the same episode will make you feel anxious. The game will mess with you: when the counselors are terrified, their vision will be blurred, they’ll begin to stumble. The level of fear will increase, when you get caught in one room with Voorhees. Your character’s heart will pound louder and louder until Jason finds the source of the sound. Boo! Music indicates the distance which separates a victim from the killer. But sometimes it can be your false friend: Jason is able to mute the music and appear out of nowhere. How loud will you scream?
